Relate.Nutrition&Therapy is credentialed with a limited number of insurance carriers.

Services provided by Relate.Nutrition&Therapy may qualify for out-of-network benefits and/or Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flex Spending Accounts (FSA).

Payment is due at time of service. In the event that you would like to submit for reimbursement from insurance, a superbill can be provided upon request.

A sliding fee scale is also available. It is important that you are able to receive services regardless of ability to pay. Please inquire if financial concerns might prohibit you from seeking services.

Follow up appointment length and frequency will depend on your individual needs.
